To thee, I wed….

To have as my own, not as slave to master, but as my strength and joy…To hold tightly, never letting go….

For better when you light up my day, with kisses, kind words, gifts, or great surprises….For worse when irritation arises, when lack of care, consideration, intimacy, and hope, creep into our happy home….

For richer, when the money is flowing in and bills are being paid…..For poorer, when debt is all around us, a huge mountain in our way, the time our hearts begin to plan a resolution or go their separate ways…..

In sickness, I’ll stand by your side, aiming to bring you cheer, and in health you know I’ll be near….

To love like there’s no tomorrow, for I have you here today…..

And to cherish every second, minute, and hour making records in my heart, Til death do us part…..
